This toddler vest is made from a cotton polyester twill, with a cotton lining. It has floral applique on the front and back yokes. There is a minor imprefection on the back of the vest where a leaf is green instead of blue. For this reason I have reduced the price.
It is a size three, which will fit a chest measurement of 22", and has a length of 10.5"
